So I said I would bring you a Valentine’s Day book review and here it is!
This is such a sweet story line that can be easily loved throughout the entire book.
Yes it is corny… Yes it’s romantic… But do you no what? Who doesn’t want to feel a little love sometimes? Who doesn’t want to read about a hunky billionaire. From time to time, it’s great to read a romantic story and just go through all those different emotions that you would feel when getting involved in a relationship.
Emmi portrays such a character that as a woman myself, can get very immersed in. She goes through the stages of quitting her job and moving to another city, having to get another job and falling for someone new and different. Whereas Declan portrays such a confident and cocky character who loves exploring his sexuality and who has a passion for owning his own business but also has a disability (ADHD) that hits home for a lot of individuals. Women automatically throw themselves at him and at first, as a reader, you don’t really like him but over the course of the story line, you grow to love both Emmi and Declan and their hilariously romantic journey together.
I absolutely adore a good romantic comedy or just a plain old romantic novel and this book just hit the spot.
So I loved getting to share this review with you and if you a looking for a good night to just relax on the couch with a hot chocolate and a blanket and a book or even a soak in the tub with some relaxing candles and a book then this is a book for you.
